If all goes well, (not too much snow), I plan to be at the St. Louis
Winterfest in a week. Its at the Collinsville Convention center Saturday
morning January 25. Opens at 8 AM closes at 1 PM.
I plan to have my dad's (K0CPN) homebrew extremely heavy duty power
supply made to run his 32S1. I'm confident that the plate supplies would
run at least four simultaneously. I don't know about the heater circuit.
Its very large and ugly, some of the bleeder resisters are color coded
body end dot, so may be older than Art. It uses two transformers running
at half their rated line voltage. I call it a 5160F2000 model.
There are some Collins S-line crystals in his parts collection also. I
don't know which ones. I'll have that figured out by hamfest time.
Otherwise there will be an SX-96, a 6-130 6m transmitting converter, a
Tek 536 scope with plugins, several VTVM and signal generator. Lots of
ham radio magazines, QST, and reference books. Likely a couple IBM type
bar electric typewriters (pre selectric). Maybe a 2m repeater duplexor
set of mine. Probably some common electronic tools, parts, and power
supplies. Possibly the parts for an HF linear. I think the circuit is
one of my ideas that proved to be a bad idea. There may be a set of
prewar Rider Perpetual Service manuals. There might be a model 14 narrow
strip teletype with a large supply of tape. There might be a TU, a
keyer, paddles, and whatever else I find next week and figure might
sell. There could an HF receiving loop. Maybe a 2m Oscar antenna.
