[Collins] 32S1 Transmitter

Gentleman-
  I have a 32S1 transmitter that I am having problems with.  When I turn =
on the transmitter, I receive a louder than normal "hum" through the =
speaker.  I am observing a flash of light around the finals tubes and I =
blew a fuse on the power supply.  The finals tubes and driver checked ok =
as well as the power supply tubes.  Any help or suggestions would be =
appreciated.
