[Collins] Does this 30L-1 look ok to buy?

I was looking at some collins items on ebay and ran across this item. 
 As I was examining the ad, it suddenly struck me that this might not be 
the best item to bid on.  Take a look at the ad and see if you agree. 
 Please post your responses to the reflector.  I'll post later what I 
see that made me question making this purchase.
