I'd go with the 680 ohm cathode resistor. The .1 cathode bypass only
adds gain at high frequencies. The corner frequency is 2.4 KHz (where Xc
= R). The 664 won't need any high frequency emphasis. 2.4 KHz is at the
edge of the stock transmit filter.
