[Collins] 75A-4 back panel needed

On one of my 75A-4's there is mounting hole for an extra coaxial =
connector that was done by the original owner back in those days when no =
one thought about originality.  He drilled the hole inside the I.D. =
label but did not destroy the stenciled serial number.   I would rather =
try to find one of these rear panels, even though the serial numbers =
won't match,  rather than try to fill in the hole which is about the =
size of a dime with two screw holes for mounting the SO-239 connector. =20

However, if I cannot find this panel, I guess it will have to be filled =
in and retouched.

Would anyone have available this panel.  It also includes all the =
silk-screening markings as well.    Thank you.
