[Collins] 30L-1 TUNED INPUT PROBLEM

The manual I downloaded last year says 11% reflected power at the input
is acceptable. So that would seem to make 10 watts reflected within
tolerance.

If there was carbon residue inside the coils, there could be shorted
turns to upset the tuning. It could be that warping the capacitors one
way or the other a few pf may improve the match. It may be that a 24 MHz
resonance in the cathode choke makes it difficult to resonate and match
at 15 and 10 meters.
