[Collins] 30L-1 Question

I have the Hi-Res video tape for the 30L-1 where a MOV
is advised to be placed across C2.  The one
recommended is no longer supplied by Radio Shack
(276-569 ??).  I have a 568-568 which they now carry
which looks like it would work OK..but..before I stick
this thing in there, I'm wondering if anyone has used
it in place of the one no longer available or has
another recommendation.
