[Collins] KWM-380 parts

Would anyone have two good sythesizer board for sale.

Is there a quick diagnostic test that I can perform to see if one of the
7400 series chips on these boards may be bad.  I had that problem before and
it was a 16 pin chip on another synthesizer board that I had.

Can one use a scope and check the input and outputs of these chips?

Just curious. , Thank you.
