[Collins] Poor Man's Collins, Eldico SSB 100 MIL Transmitter. INFO NEEDED

Probably more Eldico were sold to uncle Sam than to hams. It was a knock
off of the 32S1 by a former Collins employee. And it was made to meet a
specification intended for purchasing Collins. And I read that Collins
insisted on uncle paying for a lot of development that kept the Collins
price high and they were easily underbid.
