I have an intermittant fault appearing in my 651S-1A. and would like some 
advice if possible, on how to mend it..
After turning on the radio and setting the Mhz and Khz settings, when 
proceeding to turn the main dial,it will override all my settings. One 
quarter turn of the dial will make  it cover the whole frequency spectrum.
Turning the radio off and on a couple of times, or turning the 100 Khz wheel 
several steps while trying the main dial, will sometimes bring the set back 
to normal function.It will then stay on frequensy, and allow for normal 
tuning,untill suddenly the fault will appear again. If i leave the set on 
one fixed freq. it will stay there, no problems.There is off course diffrent 
variartions of this cranky behavior,that will appear as i turn the 1Mhz or 
100Khz setting.But again, sometimes everything seems fine for a while.
Some guidelines or directions would be very much appreciated.
I suspect one of the circuit boards, but dont know where to start.
