[Collins] 32V2 dial scale question

The 11 meter band for the amateurs was the lower set
of frequencies for a while.  The 32V2 that I have in
my hands right now has the same set of frequencies
that yours has.

Of course, when the 32V2 was built 11 meters was
available for amateur use and not for the Class "D"
Citizen's Radio Service which came about in late 1957.
