[Collins] new subscriber with a 75A4

Bill, it is my opinion, that if your 75A-4 is performing well, I would not
recommend changing those paper capacitors.  Look, why try to fix something
if it isn't broken.

However, if you are so inclined and you can do the job yourself, then, go
ahead and replace those black beauty capacitors.  It will give you some
satisfaction, I suppose.

I have three 75A-4's and each one meets factory specifications.

There is no rush, in my opinion, to heat up the soldering iron.

One more thing, I do not claim to be a "Collins expert."
