[Collins] Collins Nets

Pretty poor conditions on 15 meters today for the new initiated 15 meter =
Collins Net.  We will try moving our frequency to 21.370 next week since =
there is a U.K. net on 21.350 Mhz every week at 2 PM EDST or 1800 UTC.

Don't forget to check into the 75 meter Collins Net on 3805 Khz on =
Monday at 8 PM EDST.
