[Collins] Correction: Need 15M Xtal for 75A4

Did some reading...looks like the 15M xtal can be either 23.0 or 23.3
depending on which variant of 75A4 you have...those where the 15M band scale
runs from 20.8 to 21.8 require the 23.3 Mhz xtal.  Those that are marked
20.5 to 21.5 require the 23 Mhz xtal.  Mine is the 20.8-21.8 variant, so
looks like I need a 23.3000 Mhz xtal replacement.  Any out there?
