David.
I have not heard from your friend Rod, but I got at last a answer from =
Rockwell
Collins, and they said it was out of print. I guess that means they do =
not
have it.... Are there any other possible sources ?

I sent a post to Rod Blocksome, an engineer from within Rockwell. He =
may be able to assist you.

I have some other leads as well. Let me know if Rod responds.

    Hi David.

I have been trying to get a manual for a Rockwell Collins UHF power =
amplifier
for some time, without luck. I did not get any respond from any one.
I even tried twice contacting Rockwell Collins customer services =
department
by E-mail without any responds from them. Is there anyone with in =
the
company, any ham or some one to your knowledge's that I could =
contact for
help. Hams are usually very helpful in these matters.

The amplifier is a Rockwell Collins model AM-648H-1/1A p/n: =
622-4815-001
    build in the early 90=B4s
The military manual has this p/n: T.O. 31R2-2GSQ235-1. and the one =
published
    by Collins: 523-0768808.

I would appreciate your held in this matter. I have allready tried =
the usual manual sources
    on the web.=20

    Regards. Bjarni Magnusson TF3BM.
