[Collins] 32S-3 Neutralization Circuitry

I have been looking for the changes that were made in
the 32S-3 neutralization circuitry to allow the later
6146W / 6146B tubes to be used in the transmitter.

I though that they were on the CCA and CRA websites,
but I didn't locate the information thereon.

At one time I knew what had been changed, but,
frankly, I have forgotten!
