I ask the same question some years ago after receiving a 618T-3
transceiver=2E Never did get that powered up, but I do recall QST had a 28=

volt, 400hz replacement power supply article not that long ago=2E That=92s=
 why
I remember it=2E Wish I had that unit now=2E
