[Collins] NOS Collins Equipment?

Actually one essentially NOS sold on EBay a few months back. It
fetched something like 3K, not sure on the price.

According to the account, it had been taken from the box operated a
few days, put back in the box, sealed up, lost in a warehouse, and
kept from the light since the 50's. Rediscovered, in the original box.
With the paperwork, etc., complete.

If anyone wants a .jpg of the rig, and wants to remember what St.
James gray looked like NEW, before the effects of decades of
light-induced darkening, send me a post off reflector and I will
forward the pix I saved on to you.

My memory was NOT deluded as to the original color. It was as I
remembered it, not the shiny near-black 75A's you sometimes see these
days.

73, Guy
