[Collins] Collins TCS12 mods

Didn't the TCS12 expect a carbon microphone? That puts out nearly a volt
of audio. Perhaps you can find a Motrac vintage Motorola microphone that
has enough gain in the microphone case to make the dynamic microphone
have the output of the carbon microphone and isn't as susceptible to
loosing audio from handling as the carbon microphone sometimes is.
