I have a 475 with original manual, but I'm 400 miles from it. When my 475 lost its high voltage the problem was a low voltage diode bridge. Probably 100 volts PIV at an amp or two. I picked up a bridge from Radio Shack and its worked fine ever since.

There were many 475 sold to the US government so there may be a downloadable document, but it will be large, the manual is over 2 inches thick. A google search for Tektronix 475 should turn up any manual copies that are on line. Some of the government docs are only accessible from the USA and some require passwords. Take a look on ebay for some of the downloaded government manuals on CD-ROM for $10 to 20. There might be coverage of the 475 in one of those.
