[Collins] 51S-1 Weighted Knob

I am trying to find and document replacement cost for a WEIGHTED tuning knob
on a 51S-1 that was damaged in shipment by UPS.

Any suggestions for a source for the knob and most importantly how to
document the market value the replacement knob.  UPS is coming out on
Tuesday to look at the damaged knob so I hope to find some way to document
value by then.
