[Collins] 75A-4 and KWS-1 Drum Dial Decals

There seem to be a number of sources for the replacement drum decals and
stickey paper replacements. Who has the best and what are the pro's and
con's of each?

The only time I ever did this nearly 25 years ago, I managed to find a guy
at Collins who found one in a drawer and sent it to me gratis! It was the
soak in water type decal. As I recall, it was not necessary to remove the
front panel in order to remove the drum to clean and apply the decal.

Any hints or kinks about this repair I should know?
