[Collins] 75A3 Modification?

Sounds to me like a mod to allow plugging a product detector module in
the NBFM module socket, but the 6SN7 with the wire jumper is to make the
receiver work without the product detector module and is just there to
supply the octal pins. A length of about #12 wire (fattened to the size
of the octal pins with a little solder) bent into a U shape to fit
between those two pins will work fully as well and not cause confusion.
