[Collins] oval speaker for 312b4

Surplus Sales had replacement speakers.   If the cone is torn, Antique
Electronics has repair kits.
I've repaired cones by placing tissue paper over the tear and coating the
area with clear nail polish.

close to 5x7 but the mountings a little differant. It the same speaker heath
and almost everybody else used in the 60-70's gear. looked in all the normal
places ,ran out of sources.
