Remember, you had to get Art interested in some other
project so that you could get the "darned" thing into
production and start selling the product to keep money
coming into the company!  Otherwise, he would
constantly make changes so that nothing would ever
make it out the door!

Also, he had a habit of taking his best engineers and
making them into high level managers where they did
not function well at all.  They were much more
comfortable being engineers and engineering managers
than trying to manage things that they had no idea as
to what was going on!
