Thanks to all who provided suggestions for my problem
receiving LSB.  I checked the crystal and found it was
oscillating, so I cleaned all the switches, checked
the tubes, and went through the alignment procedure. 
When I returned it to the antenna IT WORKED!  I'm
inclined to think it was a dirty switch problem.

At any rate, thanks for the help.  It's quite a
receiver.
