[Collins] 75A-4 & 312-A {model 05 or 65}

I recently acquired the above receiver and speaker. It is very dirty and
smoke laiden. I have the speaker apart and have most of the dirt and smoke
taken care of but the cabinet nees some painting. {not much} is this black
just flat or is it some other type of black?? Also while I'm searching, does
any one know where I can pick up the hood for the light and the bulb???
