Hi Daniel and Co:
I have to admit it but the "workhorse" of the bunch
has to be the MM-1. In my teenage youthful amateur
radio ops back in the 70's, Fort Ord had a Collins
KWM-2A/30S1 setup. Mic of choice? MM-1 for net control
operations. I tried to get the female radio ops type
to try an SM-2 or 3 but she couldn't handle the vox.
So back it came to the MM-1. The old call for that
stations was K6WAE or ABM6WAE (Army MARS). Cheers!
