[Collins] KWS-1 Manual Changes

So where does one go to find all the KWS-1 documentation (official and
not so official) regarding the "production design changes... including
the ALC detection circuitry, the 'ALC Adjust' vs 'Test Key' control, the
external connections for station accessories, and many more minor
circuit changes."

This winter, ole #431 (my "new" KWS-1) will get the treatment.  Based on
Tony's e-mail, ole #431 may not like the treatment cause his so called
benefactor gets blindsided by one of these "minor changes".

Same goes for the KWS-1. Aside from the service bulletins, various other
production design changes were made, including the ALC detection
circuitry, the 'ALC Adjust' vs 'Test Key' control, the external
connections for station accessories, and many more minor circuit
changes.
