[Collins] KWM-380 Keypad wiring?

I'd like to build a keypad for my KWM-380 - from the schematic for the interface
board it looks like the keypad is probably a simple row-column matrix.  Does
anyone know how the buttons are assigned to this matrix or know how the PIPO
keypad should be wired to the connector?  I talked to Joe at Pipo and, although
he has keypads, he doesn't know how they should be connected.
