[Collins] repair of slug rack assy

Checking the back archives for info on a complete breakdown overhaul of the 
slug rack mechanical assy indicates copies of an article titled Repair of 
S-line/KWM2 Slug Rack Assy was offered by W1RC about 5 years ago.    I would 
like to see what this article had to offer.  Does anyone still have a copy 
or know if it is available on a website somewhere?  This 32S3 I'm working on 
is really frozen and no adjustment of the rear bearing will 'move' it.  The 
slugs aren't frozen; the problem appears to be in the front venier.
