[Collins] 651S-1

I bought a 651S-1 recently which has the following problem.  When tuning =
downward with the (large) tuning knob, the kHz digit sometimes jumps 1 =
kHz higher.  Has anyone experienced this problem?  A fix or suggested =
fix would be appreciated.
