[Collins] 32S3 problem?

Hi.

I'm a new owner of an old S-line and I love it.  It's 
been a dream since childhood.

I'm having a problem with my 32S3.  After transmitting 
for approximately 20 seconds the transmitter will not 
drop out for about 30 seconds after I let up on the 
PTT.  It doesn't matter how the transmitter is keyed, it 
does the same thing.  It seems to work fine on short 
transmissions but hangs up on longer transmissions.

It is just set up temporarily right now and I don't have 
a good ground on the station.  Could some stray RF cause 
this problem?
