[Collins] Need KWM-2A Front Piece

The front piece on my KWM-2A is broken into two pieces.  I will of course try a
repair with J-B Weld but a replacement would be better.  I also need the two
little black screws that fasten it through the front panel to the bracket
assembly.  Does anyone have these items I need at a reasonable price?
