Hello all,
I am having a problem with my WE 75S-3B.

I am receiving distorted audio on SSB and CW.  AM is OK.
This occurs using either the crystal or variable BFO.

I don't think it is AGC related as it happens with the AGC on or off and at
all settings of the RF gain control.
My first suspect was the Product detector. The relevant component values and
voltages are within spec. and C107 (10uf 150V electrolytic) was replaced for
good measure.
The scope shows clean output from the BFO's except at max. RF gain where
some IF signal appears on the cathode of the product detector.

I'm looking for ideas
