Unhook the wires from the original, connect them to a new terminal strip
and hang in the three new capacitors under the chassis. Or take out the
original and open it up very carefully and install new guts. The can
type capacitor hasn't been made for a while so you can buy much newer
units but not in the can. Electrolytics don't age well, not over two or
three years without voltage applied.
