[Collins] Muting the 75A-3 with a 310B-1

Hello: I'm trying to mute the A3 when on CW with the 310B-1.

Tapping the muting voltage from E101 pins 8 and 9 on the 310, gives me a
measured 15.8VDC.

Running a line from those pins to pins M and G on the A3 should, but does
not, mute the receiver.

Any advice would be appreciated!
