For the screws, I think Mcmaster-Carr has a reasonable replaement. I haven't bought any yet, but they have black oxide coated stainless 6-32x 3/8" pan heads, catalog # 91249A146 $5.42 per Pack of 100. check out www.mcmaster.com.
