[Collins] S-Line / KWM-2 additional crystal switch

I have uploaded the photos, etc., of the additional
crystal switch for the S-Line / KWM-2.  The photos are
only "so-so" since my cheap Polaroid digital camera
doesn't seem to take that good of a photo!
