[Collins] Collins KWM-2 covers ....mystery to me

There is a KWM-2 over here with covers I'm trying to identify. The rear
of the 
covers have the two rectangular holes, the three round holes, the two
slots for the 
PM-2 ....just like the usual KWM-2 cover. It is definitely a production
cover of 
some sort ......in the Collins colors. The front has a metal trim ring
with the two dzus 
female fasteners. However, the sides of the cabinet do not have the two
holes for 
PM-2 attachment and the lid has the finger hole but does not have the two
male dzus 
fasteners. I have received some information on the LMB cabinets and this
is 
definitely not one of those.

What is this cover ?
