[Collins] KWM-2 covers

I just picked up a winged KWM-2 which does not have the two (dzus ?)
fasteners on the front
of the lid and no holes on the side for the PM-2, so I thought it was
probably a 30L1 cover 
.....but the holes in back don't match my 30L1.  Was this some kind of
cost reduction or one
of those after market covers ? 

The 516F-2 that came with it looks good but the front panel is upside
down. I think the units 
were installed in rack panels (which I don't want) because those also
came with it. Any idea 
what the rack panels are worth ?
