The limit on loading capacitors is more current carrying capability than
voltage. Just that the higher voltage capacitors tend to also have
greater current carrying capability.
The 1000 volt dipped mica snubbers sold by Cornell Dubilier (check
www.mouser.com) have a chance. Using several capacitors in parallel can
help distribute the current, e.g. 3-100 pf, 3-200 pf, 3-300 pf, and
3-390 pf...
