So far I've been able to fix my 475 (bought it new, so I don't think of
it as "OLD"). Mushy switches probably need a touch of cleaning to soften
the grease. You can try to buy such parts from Tek, but they tend to
sell only major modules these days. I needed the plastic inner coupling
for the dual sweep range switch. Ten years ago they'd only sell the
complete board for about $375. So I picked up the plastic pieces that
had shattered, and carved a replacement out of aluminum. Works fine.

Places like Tucker may fix for you but they figure on getting half the
1980 new price for one they've fixed so their service charges probably
aren't going to be reasonable compared to the price you paid for the
scope.

Tek probably MADE the switch parts so getting them from any other source
is unlikely. Most of the switches on the 475 are bits of phosphor bronze
(gold plated) soldered to the board with the panel actuators pushing or
releasing them.
