Dick,

Basically, the WA tubes are ruggedized versions of standard tubes.
Military
gear uses a lot of WA type tubes, for example.
Perhaps someone else on the list will add something to this.

The WA is supposedly a "ruggedized" version of the
normal OA2.  All of them will have slightly varying
regulated voltage.  The nominal value is 150 volts,
but it can be a little higher or a little lower,
depending on the tolerance of the individual tube.
They are interchangeable under all conditions.
