The WA is supposedly a "ruggedized" version of the
normal OA2.  All of them will have slightly varying
regulated voltage.  The nominal value is 150 volts,
but it can be a little higher or a little lower,
depending on the tolerance of the individual tube. 
They are interchangeable under all conditions.
