Yes, and it performs as the early spec sheets for the 4X250 claimed but
didn't accomplish. The plain fins don't have the necessary heat
dissipation to dissipate 250 watts which the louvered fins will
accomplish. And the glass can't take the heat well either like the
ceramic. Be careful of suffix letter. A G has a coaxial base, an F has a
28 volt heater...
