[Collins] Self balancing audio phase inverter circuit

Sounds as if the bias on the inverter half of the phase splitter is
wrong. I'd think a 6SJ7 would be a little puny for swinging the grid
voltage range the 4-125 needs. Might need to use the 6SJ7 to drive a
pair of 6L6, or at least 6V6 to get the swing to the 4-125.
