[Collins] 32V transmitter experts

I am having difficulty getting sufficient grid drive on the 10 meter =
amateur band.  I have sufficient grid drive at the lower end (26 to =
about 28 Mhz) and then it just falls off.   I did follow the tune-up =
procedures exactly.

Adjusted the three coils and readjusted the cam train.  Nothing =
erractice there.  But try as I may, no grid drive above 28 mhz.  The =
32V-2 does track in terms of grid drive in the bottom portion of 10 =
meters but it does not after 28 Mhz. What am I missing?
The other bands are fine and I get sufficent drive from 80 through 15 =
meters.
