[Collins] Collins 30L-1 misbehavior

Peter, I had a similar problem. and the "culprit" turned out to be ceramic
disc capacitor on the relay line that was showing some resistance to ground
which caused the relay to pull in as soon as the 30L-1 was turned on.  I
believe from memory that the value is .01 mfd.

I am sure that someone with a manual in front of them will give you the
exact schematic I.D. number for identification purposes.
