My schematics for 516F-2 both show only 115 volt primary. My one 32S1
manual with 516F-2 manual shows the transformer part number as
662-0434-00.
The transformer configuration with the core on its side is less common
than the upright position or the flat position, but not necessarily
unique to any one product. The wire color codes are defined by a RETMA
standard so can be virtually any voltage and current.
One might measure the open circuit voltages, then the winding
resistances, and compare then to the known 516F-2 supply transformer or
reverse engineer the transformer based on core size, computing winding
lengths for the voltage, then wire size and thus winding resistance to
see what the transformer might be capable of. Or one might just apply
loads and check for winding temperature rise (by change of resistance)
to see what the current ratings might be, if the open circuit voltages
are useful.
One might guess the lower CPN might have been used in the 516F-1 for the
KWM-1, except that my yellow book says the 516F-1 used separate
transformers for the two voltages (probably standard vendor parts tagged
with a Collins part number for less expensive production).
Or the cover with the part number may have been moved from some other
transformer to a true 516F-2 transformer core.
